A colleague from my department...

He is the worst co-worker that I have worked with. People tell him things should be done this way, but he will do things his own way. And when things go wrong, most of it is connected to him. And also he is the 1st guy in the history of my company (Life Technologies) to use up his medical certificate (MC) in less than 5 months. And it so happen that this morning, the Quality Assurance (QA) team found that one of our units was not properly assembled. The fault found on this unit was done by him at the final assembly. He just have to spend less than 2 seconds to visual check, but he also did not put in 100% effort to check. If I was the supervisor in charge of him, I would have report it to my immediate superior. Seriously I have no idea why he still here, the number of mistake that he committed is are repeated mistake. I have tried to forgive and forget him far too many times that I have enough of him. I am not God. Only God is forgiving enough to forgive people 7 seventy times (quote from the holy bible). But he is still young. I hope that he will change his attitude towards work.
